  • FUNDED ENTITLEMENT

Early Years Funded Entitlement funding is payable for all eligible children from the school term after they turn 9 months old up to a maximum of 30 hours per week (38 weeks funding is stretched over 50 weeks of the year). Headcount days affect funding and dates are found on WSCC website. Please ask the Nursery Manager if you wish to register for the Funded Entitlement or if you require further details. The Funded Entitlement is stretched over the year and the funded hours will be included in your monthly invoice. Any additional, private paid hours taken up will be charged for according to our usual terms and conditions. FE only spaces are between 14:00-17:00 term time only Monday - Friday (to provide full 15 hours FE) or 2 full days of 0800-1800 can be utilised for 50 weeks of the year along with one 13:30-17:00 term time session + 2 weeks at the end of August to use the maximum 30 hours funding available. Please note priority is given to those requiring full day sessions. Tea is an extra £4.05 or they are able to bring their own tea. Please speak to Mgt regarding arrangements. Registration and Deposit fees are waivered for EYFE only. Please refer to our Funded Entitlement Guide for further information.

  • LATE COLLECTION/EARLY DROP OFF £15.00 per quarter hour, or part thereof.

A charge of £15 per quarter hour (or part) will be made in arrears if your child is collected after or dropped off before their scheduled nursery hours. If you notify us at least a day in advance, we will charge, in arrears, the appropriate hourly rate for early drop off or late collection.

  • REGISTRATION £60.00

A fee of £60 per child is payable to register to start at the Nursery or for a place on the Nursery waiting list. This will be used towards administration costs and is non-refundable. We recommend a minimum of 2 days per week to allow children to build relationships and become accustomed to their new routine

  • DEPOSIT £300.00

Having registered on our waiting list, we will contact you approximately 3 months before your requested starting date to inform you of place availability. To secure a confirmed place and start date for your child, parent must agree and sign the Nursery Contract and pay a deposit of £300 for each child. This deposit will be refunded the month after leaving the nursery or used to offset any unpaid fees. Registration and Deposit fees are waivered for EYFE only.

  • HOLIDAYS

Full-time (i.e. 5 full days per week) children receive four weeks holiday allowance at no charge, while part time children who attend set days/sessions per week receive two times their weekly attendances at no charge. Reductions in Nursery Fees to reflect this discount are already included in the above Rates at the top of this page.

  • ABSENCES & ILLNESS

Regrettably all absences, for whatever reason, have to be paid for. If your child has a contagious illness, sickness or diarrhoea and/or is unhappy at nursery through illness, you may be requested to keep them from attending until well. This aims to prevent cross-infection and is in the best interest of all the children's welfare and consequently incurs fees.

  • NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

One full calendar month's notice of withdrawal must be given in writing e.g. If you give notice on 10th November, your notice period runs until 10th December, otherwise one month's fees will be charged in lieu of notice. Children who leave at any time during a month will be charged the ad hoc rate. If accessing the EYFE and want to leave before the Headcount Day a maximum period of four weeks notice applies

  • CHANGING SESSIONS

If you would like to change your child's days, we need one calendar month's notice in writing. If the changes occur part way through a month you will be charged the adhoc rate for that month, the following month will then be charged at the monthly rate. Please note, age related prices become effective the month after their birthday except when Funded Entitlement rates differ e.g. If a child has turned 3 years old after term start date, they will receive the 2 year funding for that term and our hourly private rate will match

  • ADMINISTRATION

All administration, e.g. requests for additional sessions, notice of withdrawal etc. should be in writing and directed to the Nursery Manager.

  • PAYMENT OF FEES

Fees are payable by Standing Order/BACS or cash payments by the first day of the month. We can also accept childcare voucher payments and payments via the Tax Free Government scheme. All fees that remaining unpaid will incur a surcharge of 5% of the full amount outstanding, a further 5% will then be charged for each subsequent week until the debt is cleared. Prices are reviewed twice a year in May and October. Any nursery closure due to unforeseen circumstances, we have the right to charge full fees.

Parents are kindly requested to turn left when exiting the premises
Failure to abide by Tiny Tigers Terms and Conditions may result in your child's nursery place being withdrawn with immediate effect.

FUNDING

Funded Entitlement is payable for all eligible children from the school term after they turn 9 months old up to a maximum of 30 hours per week (38 weeks funding is stretched over 50 weeks of the year). 15 hours of funding when stretched is equal to 11.4 hours per week and 30 hours stretched is equal to 22.8 hours. For every funded session, we ask parents to pay the above rates for the meals, snacks and essentials as appropriate, that are not covered in the funding we receive. The meals and essentials charge is optional if parents are in receipt of FE only, they can bring their own supplies instead – please discuss arrangements with management. Your monthly invoices will be a flat rate to avoid constant changes. For the remaining 2 weeks of the year that are non-funded these will be charged at our standard rate – one week in April and one week in December (Optional for FE only).

Headcount days for each term (September, January & April) affect funding and dates are available on WSCC website. Children must be in attendance on headcount day to receive funding for that term, unless they have an extenuating circumstance listed by WSCC e.g. house moving from another area. The Funded Entitlement is stretched over the year (38 weeks funding stretched over 50 weeks of the year) the funded hours will be included in your monthly invoice. Funded Entitlement is applied for up to the maximum of 30 hours (based on attendance) – when stretched this is equal to 22.8 funded hours per week

Essentials inc. but not limited to: Snacks, Milk, Fruit, Breakfast, Nursery medicines, nursery wipes, nursery sun cream charged per funded hour £1.00. (optional for EYFE only speak to management)

Please note it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure your working families eligibility codes remain up to date HMRC should prompt you when these are due for renewal – approximately every 3 months – but it may be necessary to set your own reminder as well.

The Funded Entitlement can be split between providers as long as you notify each setting so they can claim the correct amount of funding. The funding would be stretched based on the number of hours you have remaining.

FE only spaces are between 14:00-17:00 term time only Monday – Friday (to provide full 15 hours FE) if parents wish for children to attend outside of term time standard fees apply. 2 full days of 0800-1800 can be utilised for 50 weeks of the year along with one 13:30-17:00 session during term time + 2 weeks to use at the end of August to use the maximum 30 hours funding available. Please note priority has to be given to those who require full day care as spaces are in high demand.

The Essentials charge is £1 per funded hour, Lunch is £5.20 and Tea is an extra £4.05 or the option to bring your own meals and supplies, please speak to Management regarding arrangements. Registration and Deposit fees are waivered for FE only. Please refer to our Funded Entitlement Guide for further information.
